Hello all! Thank you for dropping by. My name is Lindsay Russell, I'm a third-year at university currently enrolled in a citizenship class exploring service and relatable topics while participating in an ongoing oral history project. This site will be used to document the progress I make through the semester along with my various reflections and learning processes.
My theme for this project is from classroom to reality. After some deliberation, I decided upon this as my theme due to my views of service models, service, and what would serve as the most relevant fashion in which to convey the beliefs I have about service and how those may change or be solidified over the course of this semester. I believe this theme unifies my site as it is the basis for everything I do here. It represents the reflections and growth that I experience from an educational experience within the classroom and then exhibits the fruits of the labor that occur outside the classroom under applied circumstances in reality.
